These two-day workshops provide an opportunity to develop personal awareness and gain confidence, emotional agility and connection with your authentic self in a peaceful, safe and quiet environment.

These are Epona Introductory workshops and are open to anyone interested in personal development. They also meet the Epona prerequisite for individuals wishing to do advanced work in Arizona.

This two day workshop provides an opportunity to develop personal awareness in a peaceful, safe and quiet environment situated in the beautiful Somerset countryside.

The workshop covers the fundamental philosophies, skills and activites of the Epona method.

All I would say to anyone thinking of doing the 'Authentic Communication through the Epona Approach'  is just do it.  The workshop is fun, insightful and thought provoking, Rosie herself lives and breathes the Epona Approach and exemplifies the changes it can bring about.  I have never felt so inspired and challenged, as I did over the two days, with support from Rosie and help from Jack and Bramble (the herd).  We each follow an individual path but Rosie and the horses are there to guide and assist you with each step that you choose to take.  I would thoroughly recommend this workshop to anyone.
